[what i wore] Cut It Out

I found this very nineties floral button-down denim dress at Salvation Army, and although I loved the print and material, the proportions were not quite right for my taste. I chopped out the middle of the dress and pulled the A-line bottom of the dress up to create an almost skater style skirt and creating a waistband from the extra fabric. I cut out the sides of the top and sewed the two pieces together to create a fun and breezy summer dress! These Iron Fist wedges are some of my favorite. I love the sugar skulls embossed on the leather and the bright Ring Pop painted print on the insoles and soles.
